Cafe Milano is in the heart of Clearwater and offers fresh, authentic Italian food. Their real Italian personal size pizza’s are made fresh as you wait and their homemade bread is exceptional. All the entrees are flavorful and of the highest quality. This resturant is the most authentic Italian resturant I have ever been to in the United States. From the Italian television station broadcasting live to the murals of Milano that Ugo the owner painted himself, everything is right from Milano Italy. I have never met an owner that took such care and pride in maintaining the authenticity of his homeland. Ugo even imports fresh ingredients right from Italy!
